  • Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a full refund if you do not experience the desired wellness benefits.
2. Condition of Electronic Devices
  • Original Components: To qualify for a full refund, the Schumann generator must be returned with all original accessories, including the USB/USB-C power cord, adapters, user manual, and frequency testing tools (if included).
  • Cosmetic Condition: The device, its acrylic or digital casing, and the internal electronic antenna must be free of physical damage, water entry, scratches, or modifications.
  • Packaging: Items should be safely repacked in their original protective box to prevent damage during return transit.
3. Return Shipping & Fees
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping fees unless the device is defective upon arrival.
  • Tracking: Because this is a precision electronic device, you must use a trackable shipping service. We cannot issue refunds for items lost by the postal carrier.
4. Refunds & Processing
  • Inspection: Once your device arrives at our warehouse, our technicians will test the frequency output and hardware condition.
  • Timeline: Approved refunds are automatically credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
5. 1-Year Manufacturing Warranty [1]
  • Coverage: Your Schumann device is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against internal chip failures, unstable signal outputs, or power port defects.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover drops, cracked housing, or use with unapproved high-voltage power supplies.
