The Schumann Resonance Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing The Schumann Resonance. We package and ship our precision Schumann Resonance Frequency Generators with care to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep.
1. Order Processing Times
  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed within within the first 24 hours after receiving the payment (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • High Demand: During peak promotional periods or product launches, processing may take up to 5 business days.
  • Notification: You will receive an email when your order has been received and a secondary email notification containing your tracking number once your package ships (in case shipping with tracking was chosen).
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
  • Standard Shipping: We offer flat-rate standard shipping of $14.99 USD or Free Shipping on orders over $199.00 USD. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: (If available at checkout) price varies depending on region. Delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days.
3. International Shipping
  • Available Countries: We ship our frequency devices worldwide, with the exception of countries restricted by international postal regulations.
  • Rates & Delivery: Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination weight. Delivery takes 7 to 21 business days depending on the region.
  • Duties & Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Schumann Resonance is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipping Restrictions & P.O. Boxes
  • P.O. Boxes: We ship to standard P.O. Boxes via domestic postal carriers, but expedited courier services (such as DHL or FedEx) require a physical address.
  • Lithium Batteries: If your Schumann generator contains built-in rechargeable lithium-ion batteries, it must ship via ground transport regulations, which may slightly delay transit times to remote areas.
5. Tracking Your Shipment
  • Tracking Link: When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.
  • Delays: If you have not received your package within 3 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at TheSchumannResonanceSupport@gmail.com with your name and order number.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
  • Damage in Transit: If your generator arrives with external damage, broken casing, or missing parts, please take photos immediately and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Stolen Packages: The Schumann Resonance is not liable for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier but stolen from your property. We highly recommend selecting a shipping option that requires a signature upon delivery at checkout if your area is unsecure.
